What does a subscription include?

A subscription gives you two things: an allowance of AI Look generations every billing period, and watermark-free exports at full 4K resolution. Without a subscription you can still shoot, grade and edit as much as you like — photos are exported at 720p with a small Mistly watermark, and you get 2 AI generations per month.

Your allowance resets at the start of each new billing period. Unused generations do not carry over.

How do I cancel?

Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Mistly → Cancel Subscription. You can also reach the same screen from Mistly: Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period is over.

Abonelikler bizim tarafımızdan değil, Apple tarafından yönetilir. Ayarlar uygulaması → adına dokun → Abonelikler → Mistly → Aboneliği İptal Et. I paid but Mistly still shows me as free

Open Settings → Restore purchases inside the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

All payments go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple as well. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app went wrong, write to us too — we are happy to support your request.

My generation failed or got stuck

A generation runs on our servers and usually takes under two minutes. If it fails, no generation is deducted from your allowance. Check your connection and try again; if the same look keeps failing, email us the look name and roughly when you tried.

Why does the result look different from what I expected?

AI Looks keep your scene and the people in it, and re-light and re-grade the photo. They do not replace the background or invent a new scene. Results vary with lighting and framing — a sharp, well-lit source photo gives the best output. You can rate any result with 👍 / 👎 in the app; that feedback goes straight into how we tune the looks.

Your photos & privacy

Photos you send to an AI Look are transmitted to our processing provider to produce the edited image, and are not used to train models. Everything else — the camera filters, the Live Darkroom and the photo editor — runs entirely on your device. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Account

Hesap

Mistly works without an account. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and simply ties your subscription to an identity so it follows you to a new device. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete account.

• Camera looks black or frozen: close Mistly from the app switcher and reopen it. If it persists, restart the device and make sure camera access is allowed in iOS Settings → Mistly.
